وَبِصَوْمِ غَدٍ نَّوَيْتُ مِنْ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ
Wabi saumi gadin nawaitu min shahri ramadan
اورمیں نے ماہ رمضان کے کل کے روزے کی نیت کی

Suhoor | Sehri | سحری
Suhur, Suhoor, Sahur, also known as Sahari, Sahri, or Sehri, is a meal eaten by Muslims. It is before fasting in the early morning, before dawn, within or outside the Islamic month of Ramadan. Sehri or Sahor meal takes before Fajr prayer. In Ramadan, Muslims wake up one hour before Fajr prayer to make and eat food and drink water. During the whole month of Ramadan, Muslims fasting for Allah (SWT).
Benefits of Suhoor
If we can eat properly during Sehri, we will get a variety of benefits. Improved energy levels, metabolism, hunger pains and cravings are reduced, blood sugar levels are more stable, exhaustion is reduced, mental alertness is improved, and we are in a better mood throughout the day till we break our fast.
Sehri Meal
Suhoor is, without a doubt, the most crucial aspect of a great day. During a fast, because a well-balanced meal will supply you with the energy you need to stay active throughout the day.
During Ramadan some foods and meals are good enough for Sehri. It will help the human body to stay hydrated and energized the whole day. To avoid dehydration and a dull sensation during Ramadan, you should carefully select your meals. Certain foods and meals are suitable for Sehri or Suhor. It will aid in keeping the human body hydrated and invigorated throughout the day.
Sehri is not Compulsory for Fasting
Sahri is not compulsory for fasting. Sehri is the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Sehri is not Farz for fasting. However, we aim to complete the task quickly and to the best of our skills. Muslims do the same as did by the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
