Ramadan 3rd Ashra Dua also known as Teesray Ashray Ki Dua, recites in the last 10 days of Ramadan. Dua of 3rd Ashra of Ramadan or Teesri Ashray Ki Dua signifies to implore the blessing of Allah (SWT) for the safety from the eternally burning Hellfire.

عشرہ نجات
رمضان کے تِیسراعشرہ کی دعا
اَللَّهُمَّ أَجِرْنِي مِنَ النَّارِ
Allah huma ajirni minnaar
اے ﷲ ! مجھے دوزخ کے عذاب سے بچالے
Oh Allah! Save me from the hell fire
Dua for Laylatul Qadr
It was narrated from Aishah (R.A.) that she said:
“O Messenger of Allah, what do you think I should say in my supplication, if I come upon Laylatul Qadr?” He said: “Say:
اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ عَفُوٌّ تُحِبُّ الْعَفْوَ فَاعْفُ عَنِّي
Allahumma innaka afuwwun tuhibbul afwa fa fu annee
اے اللہ تو معاف کرنے والا ہے اور معافی و درگزر کو پسند کرتا ہے تو تو مجھ کو معاف فرما دے
O Allah, You are Forgiving and love forgiveness, so forgive me

Three Ashra of Ramadan
Ramadan divided into three Parts, called 3 Ashra of Ramadan. Ashra means ten days. Its an Arabic word. Every Ashra of Ramadan has its importance. The first Ashra of Ramadan is Mercy. The second Ashra of Ramadan is Forgiveness. And the third Ashra of Ramadan is Nijat (freedom from hellfire). There are the 3 Ashra of Ramadan.
According to Hadith narrated by Salman Farsi (R.A.), who said that Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said:
“Ramadan month whose beginning is Mercy, the middle is Forgiveness and the end is Ransom from the Fire" (Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah, Hadith No. 1887)
Ashra Nijat | Third Ashra of Ramadan
3rd Ashra of Ramadan Is Ashra Nijat whcih starts from 21st of Ramadan to the 29th or 30th of Ramadan. The last ten days or third Ashra of Ramadan is a very crucial time for all Muslims, as it means Nijat (freedom from hell fire). This third Ashra is all about asking protection or freedom from hell to the Allah (SWT).
Importance Of 3rd Ashra Of Ramadan
The third and the last Ashra of Ramadan is most pious and hold a special significance and importance. It is because two major events comes in the third Ashra of Ramadan. First is, The Laylat al-Qadr also known as The Night of Power. The night in which the verses of Quran descended upon Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). The second is Because of Jumma tul-Wida, the last Friday Ramadan. This is the golden time of seeking mercy and forgiveness from Allah (SWT). Muslims recite this particular Dua to ask for safety or freedom from Hellfire.
There is no consensus among Islamic scholars about the Three Ashra Duas of Ramadan but there are some Ramadan Supplications (Duas) which you can recite any time during the year as these Duas has proved from Sahih Ahadith and all scholars around the world recommend to recite these during the whole month of Ramadan.
